Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you in-store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be emailed to one of our customer service agents at (email@example.com)
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will be issued a store credit code for price of the product minus a $5.00 restocking fee
*If the product is not in original packaging and is used an additional $8.00 will be deducted from the store credit code.
When shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, due to possible unforeseen delivery issues.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds are only given in the form of STORE CREDIT, if you wish to return an item, restocking fees may apply.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately, sale items cannot be credited.
